By accessing or using the NextGen Tech platform, APIs, or hardware (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Services.

We may modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the dashboard. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

To use NextGen Tech, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

NextGen Tech cannot be used to process transactions for specific high-risk or illegal business categories. By using our Services, you confirm that you will not accept payments in connection with the following:

Regulated products, adult content, multi-level marketing, unauthorized financial services, and illegal drugs.

Violating this policy will result in immediate termination of your account and potential reporting to law enforcement and financial authorities.

Our fees are clearly outlined on our Pricing Page. By processing payments through NextGen Tech, you agree to pay all applicable fees based on your selected tier and volume.

We deduct our fees directly from the transactions processed. In the event of chargebacks or disputes, you are fully liable for the disputed amount along with a standard dispute fee applied by the card network.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NextGen Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to our system, as operation may be affected by numerous factors outside our control.
