Refund Policy

Clear, straightforward guidelines on software subscriptions and hardware returns.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new annual software subscriptions. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing, and you will retain access to the platform through the end of your current billing cycle.

NextGen POS Terminals and accompanying hardware can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee if the device has been opened.

  • Devices must be in original condition with no physical damage.
  • All original packaging, cables, and documentation must be included.
  • Custom-configured enterprise hardware is generally non-refundable unless defective.

Initiate Request: Log in to your NextGen Dashboard, navigate to Settings > Billing, and select "Request Refund" or "Return Hardware".

Receive RMA: For hardware, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid shipping label via email.

Ship Item: Pack the hardware securely and drop it off at the designated carrier within 14 days of receiving your RMA.

Software Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days of approval. Funds will be returned to the original payment method.

Hardware Returns: Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item, your refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days.

Note: Your bank or credit card issuer may take an additional 2-10 business days to post the credit to your account.
